Senior Program Manager for complex organizational transitions | Supervisory Board Member | Interim Executive & CIO
Senior manager, program manager and supervisory board member with more than 20 years of experience delivering complex organizational transitions and multi-year change programs in education, healthcare and industry. The track record of executive and program steering extends to organizations with € 1.4 billion in revenue and more than 13,000 employees, including mergers, carve-outs, restructurings and strategic transformations — among others as CIO of two international industrial organizations.
The strength lies in structuring complex issues, critically testing strategic choices and finding practical solutions — even in adversity. Strategic insight and operational excellence are combined in leading multidisciplinary teams, managing executive and stakeholder relationships and steering toward delivery of organizational goals. Working methodologies: Prince2, MSP, Lean and transition management.
With the supervisory board program at Maastricht University, an ongoing MBA Leading Innovation and Change and concrete governance experience — as chair of a secondary-school supervisory board and member of a housing-corporation supervisory board — both governance and operational expertise are brought to weightier executive and supervisory roles.
