Parnassia Groep — Program Manager (2020–2023)

Program management of an organization-wide service-delivery improvement at one of the largest mental-health-care organizations in the Netherlands, with approximately 13,000 employees, more than 158,000 clients and € 1.4 billion in revenue (2024). The program covered executive alignment with the executive board, financiers and national chain partners, leadership of a complex European tender including a vendor change at an underperforming party, and the strategic integration with national healthcare infrastructure (MedMij, DigiD), including the redesign of organization-wide access and authorization processes.
