Stichting Koraal & Via Jeugd — Program Manager Merger (2025–present)

Integrated executive steering of the merger between Stichting Koraal and Via Jeugd, two specialized care and education organizations in Limburg and North Brabant. Koraal has approximately 3,000 FTEs, provides care and education to nearly 5,000 clients and pupils, and reports € 333 million in revenue (2024). The two-year program covers nine domains, including governance, finance, HR, real estate, ICT, procurement and communication. The legal merger took effect on 1 July 2025. Focus on delivering efficiency and synergy goals, alignment with both organizations’ executive boards, supervisory boards and works councils, and safeguarding the continuity of specialized youth care.
